Third, test the absorbency of the towel by pouring water on a flat surface and sliding the towel over the water. How does the towel interact with the water? If the towel sucks the water up like a vacuum it’s of high quality, split microfiber. If the towel pushes the water around and repels it, then it’s of poor quality and probably non-split microfiber.
